How to get through a bad day
Everyone experiences bad days. If you have depression, those days can seem particularly challenging. But they don’t have to be permanent.
Watch Tina talk about what it feels like to have depression, and how she has learnt to cope with bad depression days.
Helpful for students
As a student nurse and someone who has struggled with my mental health, I have really enjoyed what I have seen, it’s a great opportunity to find like-minded people and I’m grateful to be able to see things from the perspective of a service user because as a student nurse you can’t really understand what it’s like to go through through the system and you only get to see things from a educational and professional prospective.
